Stunning views of the countryside, perfect for hikes.
On arrival, we were met by closed electric gates, leaving us stranded and confused. The absence of a clear entry option forced us to walk up steep steps without a handrail, which is unacceptable for anyone with mobility concerns. our bathroom was not en-suite, leading to an uncomfortable encounter in the middle of the night with another guest that was downright awkward.

The room was decent-sized with a large en-suite and stunning views of the valley. Quiet atmosphere perfect for a refreshing night’s sleep.
Electric gates posed an inconvenience upon arrival, requiring a drive up to open them. No handrail on steep steps made navigating tricky, especially for those with mobility issues. Having to walk to a shared bathroom can be uncomfortable, especially at night when encountering other guests.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The house was cozy, with spacious rooms and stunning views. We enjoyed great breakfasts, perfect for fueling up before our outings. Nearby, we visited the beautiful market town of Builth Wells and the Red Kite Centre at Gigrin Farm. Highly recommend for a chill escape!
The only downside was the travel distance for evening meals, as it was quite a trek to the nearest restaurants, which are several miles away along winding roads.
